You don't have to navigate it alone.
I have had the privilege of helping many families through one of the hardest seasons of life.
Sometimes a parent has passed. Sometimes a parent has moved into a care facility, or in with family. Sometimes the home must be sold because funds are needed, or because foreclosure is looming.
Some families are nearby. Others are managing everything from a distance. Either way, the weight is heavy.
In so many of these situations, one person quietly becomes the caregiver. The one responsible for preparing a lifetime home for sale. That is a heavy burden to carry alone.
This is where I step in. I help facilitate and take care of it all. From coordinating cleanout, estate sales, donations, and recycling, to project managing repairs and preparing the home for the market. I handle the details so families can breathe, rest, grieve, or spend meaningful time with the people they love.
This side of real estate means more to me than I can put into words. The trust, love, and appreciation exchanged in these moments is something I deeply value.
My role is part real estate broker, part project manager, part calm presence. I take the project off your plate at whatever pace respects both the emotions and the circumstances your family is facing.
Every situation is different. We start with a no pressure walkthrough (in person if you're local, by phone or video if you're far away) and build a plan from there.
I become the boots on the ground.
This side of real estate means more to me than I can put into words.
The trust, love, and appreciation exchanged in these moments is something I deeply value. These are not transactions. They are families in the middle of one of life's hardest chapters. Being trusted to carry part of the weight is a privilege I never take lightly.
I had to sell my late father's townhome as part of an estate, and trying to do any research on the internet was completely overwhelming. Nichol was amazing at helping me understand the process when all I've ever done is rent. I live out of state, and I was dealing with the grief of losing my father, so it was really reassuring to know that she was in my corner. Nichol was my boots on the ground, making sure everything went according to schedule while dealing with curveballs that were bound to come up.
Selling my mom's home came during a very challenging time for our family. Thanks to Nichol, the process felt clear, supported, and far less overwhelming. The home sold in a surprisingly short time, and we could not have been more pleased. Nichol was professional, efficient, kind, patient, and deeply compassionate, going above and beyond throughout the entire process, taking the time to explain every contract and answer all of our questions. We would give six stars if we could.
Nichol sold my mom's house. She is efficient, professional, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. She is knowledgeable, and is expert at understanding your needs, time frame, and budgets to get your house sold. My parents were impressed and said she exceeded their expectations. I was at ease knowing my parents were in good hands.
What a great agent you have here. She went above and beyond to help this 77-year old get a home that was safe and awesome. I would have had a hard time muddling through everything. Nichol is kind and respectful. Perfect for older people as well as families. She is now going to be my agent for selling the house in Silverdale. I found a friend.
A conversation can help bring clarity.
You do not have to do this alone.
