About Nichol

A relationship first
approach to real estate

Nichol Hubbard, Real Estate Broker

"My love language is acts of service, and that's how I show up for my clients."

Most people think they need
a Realtor.

What they actually need is someone who can keep them grounded while everything feels uncertain.

I got into real estate because I genuinely love helping people through hard, emotional, high pressure situations. Buying or selling a home is exciting, but it can also feel overwhelming fast. My role is not just opening doors or writing contracts. It is being the person who keeps communication clear, catches problems before they become bigger ones, explains what nobody else takes the time to explain, and makes sure my clients never feel alone in the process.

I serve clients throughout Gig Harbor and the greater West Sound area with a relationship first approach built on trust, transparency, and advocacy. I am deeply service driven by nature, and the biggest compliment I consistently receive is that people feel relieved after talking to me. That matters to me more than sales numbers ever will.

I work with both buyers and sellers, but I especially love helping people who feel intimidated by the process, have been poorly guided before, or simply want someone who will truly listen and protect their interests. I believe real estate should feel strategic, personal, and human, not transactional.

Let's talk

Three things that
never change

I.
Trust above everything

My practice is built almost entirely on referrals: past clients sending me the people they love most. That only happens when trust is the foundation of every interaction.

II.
Transparency & advocacy

I'll tell you what I'd do if it were my own home, my own family, my own money. You get clear answers, not a sales pitch dressed up as advice.

III.
You don't navigate alone

Inspections, negotiations, financing hiccups, the curveballs nobody warned you about. I handle the complexity so you can stay focused on the decision in front of you.

Where I bring
something different

Family Transitions

Selling a parent's home

After a passing, a move to care, or a difficult financial moment. I coordinate the cleanout, estate sale, repairs, staging, and full real estate process so families can breathe and grieve.

I love the Pacific Northwest
and the people in it.

Outside of real estate, I'm an artist, outdoor enthusiast, foodie, and passionate dog lover who cares deeply about the local community. I love volunteering, supporting local causes, helping animals whenever I can, and building genuine relationships with the people around me. I love this place, and I love helping people find not just the right home, but the right way of living here.
